UN Staff Member Claire Edwards - 5G Is War on Humanity
A little bit of background about this video
António Guterres started his first term of office as UN Secretary-General in January 2017, just in time for the 5G rollout. He studied physics and electrical engineering and, before going into politics, was an assistant professor teaching systems theory and telecommunications signals.
At a meeting with staff on 14 May 2018, I warned Guterres about the dangers of 5G and wireless technology. Readers may judge for themselves if they find his claim plausible that he knows nothing at all about the dangers of electromagnetic radiation. They may also judge the appropriateness of making a joke and laughing when a staff member expresses extreme concern about the health and welfare of four thousand staff.
Just two months after that, Guterres appointed a High-level Panel on Digital Cooperation (Panel on Digital Cooperation). The assembling of this Panel must have been under way at the time that I asked my question. It is interesting to note now that Melinda Gates was the Co-Chair of this Panel, with Jack Ma, of Alibaba.
It was claimed in a press release from the Secretary-General that this Panel would, inter alia, look into mitigating risks and unintended consequences of digitalization. However, an examination of the terms of reference of this Panel revealed no such mandate. What is more, the members of this Panel are exclusively proponents of digitalization and almost exclusively represent corporate interests, with not a medical doctor, or EMF or environmental expert in sight. Further, although the Secretary-General of the UN has the prerogative to appoint such panels to bring fresh ideas from outside into the UN, such panels are usually the result of a mandate of some form from a UN body. This Panel has no such mandate (terms of reference).
A further point of interest is that such panels would usually be required in the terms of reference (terms of reference) to work with specific UN bodies and to promote specific UN areas of work. This Panel, however, is given a vague indication that it might, inter alia, work on the Sustainable Development Goals and was instructed not to duplicate the work of any other such digitalization body. This may be regarded as unusual. It may be observed that the Panel benefits from unrestricted access to UN member states (gain access to all UN member states).
After warning the Secretary-General in May 2018, I was invited to edit the International Appeal to Stop 5G on Earth and in Space and worked on that full-time for the following nine months, eventually becoming a co-author, as well as its editor and designer, and administrator of 30 translations, including Portuguese, the native language of Guterres. When the video of myself and the Secretary-General was released in January 2019, there was evidently so much consternation around Guterres that “someone” went onto the website of the Appeal and deleted the Portuguese version of the Appeal from the website. We did not notice until two weeks later, when all the fuss in Portugal had died down. Thus the Portuguese population was prevented from reading our Appeal when it was brought to their notice by the controversy.
